Disposition versions
1. The members of the personnel of the Ministère de l'Économie et de l’Innovation who hold, on a permanent or temporary basis, the positions set forth in these terms and conditions are authorized, within the limits of their respective duties, to sign alone and with the same authority as the Minister of Economy and Innovation the deeds, documents and writings listed in these terms and conditions, on the conditions prescribed under the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001) and the Public Administration Act (chapter A-6.01).
1. The members of the personnel of the Ministère du Développement économique, de l’Innovation et de l’Exportation who hold, on a permanent or temporary basis, the positions set forth in these terms and conditions are authorized, within the limits of their respective duties, to sign alone and with the same authority as the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade the deeds, documents and writings listed in these terms and conditions, on the conditions prescribed under the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001) and the Public Administration Act (chapter A-6.01).
